Block Captains act as the focal point for information about crime in our area. To learn more about Frisco Neighborhood Watch and to access police reports, crime statistics, local events, crime prevention tips and more please visit frisconeighborhoodwatch.com.
Block Captains pass on this and related information via e-mails, through flyers or by face-to-face communication to residents. FNW promotes a "hands off" approach - members act as an extra set of "eyes" and "ears" for the police department by reporting any suspicious person(s) and/or criminal activity.
FNW also holds monthly meetings on the fourth Monday of each month beginning at the Frisco Police Department (7200 Stonebrook Parkway). Please note that due to the holidays general meetings are not held during the months of November or December.
Anyone interested in becoming a Block Captain is asked to fill out an application and mail or fax it in to the address/fax number listed on the application. Once processed, the applicant will receive an e-mail from an FNW Steering Committee member containing an FNW Block Captain handbook. This handbook consists of helpful information that can be used and passed on to residents.
